Use of Palmos
You may use Palmos only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and any usage policies or documentation we provide. You are responsible for the prompts, files, business data, integrations, and instructions you submit to the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
AI outputs
Palmos uses AI systems that can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, contacting third parties, or using them in business decisions.
Integrations and third-party services
If you connect third-party tools, you authorize Palmos to access and use those services as needed to perform requested workflows. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Billing
Paid plans, credits, and usage limits are described in the product or order flow. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Prohibited activity
Do not use Palmos to violate laws, infringe rights, send unauthorized spam, compromise systems, generate harmful content, or process data you are not permitted to use.
Termination
You may stop using Palmos or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, or may harm Palmos, users, or third parties.
