We also collect product usage data needed to operate Palmos, including agents hired, teams created, messages, uploads, workflow activity, integrations, billing events, and support requests.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve Palmos, run AI agents and workflows you request, personalize onboarding, maintain security, process billing, provide support, and communicate product or account updates.
AI processing
When you ask Palmos agents to work on your behalf, your prompts, files, business context, integration data, and generated outputs may be processed by AI model providers and infrastructure providers used to deliver the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help operate Palmos, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, email, billing, AI model, and integration providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect Palmos, users, or the public.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your user account and data governed by account ownership, subject to retained backups, logs, billing records, and legal requirements.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should avoid submitting secrets or highly sensitive data unless needed for your workflows.
